JOIN US to EDUCATE kids aged 8 to 12 on SUSTAINABLE LIVING.

Activities will include demonstrations to show the effects of greenhouse gases, learn about recycling symbols, engage in a thrifting challenge, and visit local businesses engaged in the circular economy. This camp is being undertaken in collaboration with Saanich Parks and Recreation.

Available Positions: YOUTH DAY CAMP LEADER

Position: 7.5-hour shift (8:30 am to 4:00 pm)
Needed: Monday - Friday between March 18 to 22, 2024 (Spring Break)
Location: Cedar Hill Recreation Centre, Saanich/Victoria, BC
Must be a good team player, and of good character
Must possess personality, ability and temperament to manage kids aged 8 to 12
Experience/success with teaching or supervising kids (an asset)
Key Duties: Support facilitator & supervise camp participants aged 8 to 12
Compensation: Competitive wage (recruiting at +50% above minimum wage rate)
